Enrollment

Requirements for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Admission:

1. The child must be four years old for Pre-Kindergarten and five years old for Kindergarten by October 1^st.
2. The following data must be provided:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
• Health and Immunization records  

Procedures for Grades 1-8

1. New students may apply for enrollment, following registration of current students.
2. Transfer students are to provide all of the above as well as:
   • A copy of the latest report card
   • A copy of the most recent standardized test scores
   • Recommendation forms must be received from the student’s principal and teacher before final acceptance.
3. Students admitted to Grades 6 and 7 would be accepted on a probationary status until full acceptance is granted by the administration.
4. Only students moving into the area from another Catholic School will be admitted to Grade 8.
5. The principal will interview new students and parents before admission.
6. School families will provide regular financial support.
7. School families are also obligated to support HSA activities for the benefit of all students.
8. Students and parents must abide by school rules and regulations.
