Enrollment
Requirements for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Admission:
- The child must be four years old for Pre-Kindergarten and five years old for Kindergarten by October 1st.
- The following data must be provided:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Health and Immunization records
Procedures for Grades 1-8
- New students may apply for enrollment, following registration of current students.
- Transfer students are to provide all of the above as well as:
- A copy of the latest report card
- A copy of the most recent standardized test scores
- Recommendation forms must be received from the student’s principal and teacher before final acceptance.
- Students admitted to Grades 6 and 7 would be accepted on a probationary status until full acceptance is granted by the administration.
- Only students moving into the area from another Catholic School will be admitted to Grade 8.
- The principal will interview new students and parents before admission.
- School families will provide regular financial support.
- School families are also obligated to support HSA activities for the benefit of all students.
- Students and parents must abide by school rules and regulations.
